Clasing, by itself or as assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its pages, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of non-limiting example: images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks, logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), ownership of Clasing under the provisions of current legislation on intellectual and industrial property. All rights to the content of the web portal are expressly reserved. In particular, the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in whole or in part, of the contents of this web portal is prohibited, whatever its purpose and the medium used for it, without the express authorization of Clasing. Clasing is not responsible for damages that may be caused by improper use of Clasing's services. In particular, it is not responsible for possible failures in the provision of the service that may be due to causes beyond Clasing's control, such as interruptions in the electricity supply, failures in telecommunications networks or technical problems in the USERS' equipment. Likewise, Clasing is not responsible for damages that may arise from the illicit or negligent use of the services by USERS. Clasing is not responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information contained on third-party web pages that may be accessed through links on the Clasing portal. Clasing does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the portal and the services offered therein. Clasing is not responsible for viruses or other computer elements that may cause damage to USERS' equipment. Clasing reserves the right to modify at any time the design, configuration and presentation of the portal, as well as the services and contents offered therein.

For the resolution of any controversy that may arise in relation to the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions of Use, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Guadalajara, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. These General Conditions of Use are governed by Spanish legislation.
