Terms and Conditions

The Clasing Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as 'these Terms of Use') stipulate the conditions for using the Clasing service (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service') provided by its own teaching staff. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'). Before using the Service, users consent to having accepted these Terms of Use, any other standard terms of use, as well as any other membership agreement stipulated by the Company. Before using the Service, users have consented to recognize and accept that help and guide pages outside these Terms of Use are also considered part of these Terms of Use. By using the Service, users have consented to having accepted the Terms of Use. Also, the Company may make modifications to these Terms of Use without prior or subsequent notice to users. Any modification made to these Terms of Use is considered applicable from the moment it is published in the Service. By using the service after the modifications, users have consented to having agreed to the recent modifications to the terms of use. The company may record and save comments, conversations, questions and information published within the Service reasonably as a requirement for proper control of the Service; and, if necessary, the Company may also collect and store images and videos. The company will use this information in a very limited manner and only for inevitable reasons that arise as part of the operation of the Service. Users have consented to agree with the Company on the storage and use of this information.

To use the Service, users must register by providing the information required by the Company. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and updating of their registration information. Users must provide true, accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and are responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Users must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

Users are responsible for all information they publish on the Service. Users must not publish information that is false, inaccurate, misleading or that infringes the rights of third parties. The Company reserves the right to remove any information it considers inappropriate or that violates these Terms of Use. Users accept that the Company may access, read and retain any information they provide through the Service. The Company may use this information to improve the Service and for statistical purposes.

Users may not transfer, sell, assign or subcontract their rights under these Terms of Use without prior written consent from the Company. Any attempt at unauthorized transfer will be null and void. Users may not allow third parties to use their account without prior consent from the Company.

The Company undertakes to protect the privacy of users in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users accept that the Company may collect and use their personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. Users must provide their explicit consent for the processing of their personal data.

Users must not perform the following actions: (a) use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes; (b) interfere with the operation of the Service; (c) attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Service systems; (d) publish offensive, defamatory or inappropriate information; (e) violate the intellectual property rights of third parties; (f) carry out any activity that could damage the Service or other users.

The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Service to users who violate these Terms of Use. The suspension may include limiting or canceling access to the Service. Users will be notified of the suspension when possible. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the suspension of the Service.

All content of the Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute or modify the content without permission from the Company. Users retain copyright on content they originally publish on the Service, but grant the Company a license to use such content in connection with the operation of the Service.

The Company reserves the right to restrict the use of the Service to users who violate these Terms of Use. The Company may remove posts or content it deems inappropriate without prior notice. Users accept that the Company may monitor the use of the Service to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use.

The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be continuously available. The Service may be interrupted for technical maintenance, system failures or other reasons beyond the Company's control. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by interruptions to the Service.

The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of the Service. The total liability of the Company under these Terms of Use will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the last 12 months. Users accept using the Service at their own risk.

The Company may modify or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the modification or termination of the Service. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the Service when possible.

For any notification or contact, users must communicate with the Company through the channels provided in the Service. Notifications sent by email are considered received when sent. The Company may notify users through email or posts on the Service.

The Company may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The modifications will take effect when published in the Service. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance thereof. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms of Use.

The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users accept the processing of their personal information as established in the Privacy Policy. The Company implements security measures to protect users' personal information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access to users' accounts. Users must immediately notify the Company of any suspicious activity on their account. The Company may suspend compromised accounts.

Users must pay the corresponding fees for using the Service. Payments are processed through the payment methods available in the Service. Users accept the payment conditions established by the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify rates at any time.

Users may cancel individual lessons with at least 24 hours notice. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice may not be refundable. The Company may offer alternatives for canceled lessons according to its policy.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Users will not be entitled to a refund for the unused period. The Company may offer different cancellation terms depending on the subscribed plan.

Refunds will be processed according to the Company's refund policy. Users must request refunds within the established period. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests as appropriate. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees.

These Terms of Use constitute the complete agreement between the parties. Any modification to these conditions must be made in writing. If any part of these conditions is declared invalid, the remaining parts will remain in effect. The non-exercise of any right by the Company does not constitute a waiver thereof.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Guadalajara. The parties accept the jurisdiction of these courts to resolve any conflict related to the Service.

The Company offers a 30-day refund policy for new users. Users may request a full refund within the first 30 days of use if they are not satisfied with the Service. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds do not apply to lessons already taken or services already rendered. Users must contact customer service to request a refund. Refund processing may take up to 15 business days.
